A Mystical Alliance Between « Nocturne » and « Lux »
Hexvessel, the iconic Finnish psych-folk and occult doom band, announces a European tour to present their new album « Nocturne », a work steeped in pagan and animist spirit, where nature and the unseen converse. For this series of concerts, Hexvessel joins forces with Aluk Todolo (France), pioneers of Occult Rock, who have recently released « Lux », an album where light and telluric energy intertwine.
Hexvessel and Aluk Todolo share a fascination with the occult and an aesthetic rooted in 1990s black metal, which they reinterpret through hypnotic soundscapes and ritualistic atmospheres. Where « Nocturne » draws from a pagan imagination and a deep connection to the forces of nature, « Lux » responds with luminous intensity and a quest for transcendence.
A Tour, Two Visions, One Common Quest With « Lux » and « Nocturne », Aluk Todolo and Hexvessel offer a sonic journey where light and darkness converse. This tour is designed as an immersive voyage, where each concert becomes a shared ritual. Audiences will discover both albums in a unique atmosphere, where the contrasting energies of the two bands respond to each other, inviting you into an experience that is both illuminating and powerful.
